Over the years I have heard many wonderful things about this man, his ministry and viewed his ministry web site may times.
I would just like to share that from a personal perspective. I found John Paul Jackson to be a very warm, loving, compassionate and kind man with a heart for God, His bride and that others would be blessed. His teachings were wonderful, uplifting and very humble.

Summer Heat Waves
With summer soon upon us comes the heat waves. Over the last few years we have seen some record temperatures and this summer we will again see some extremely hot months. With such there are those that suffer due to lack of finances, and the elderly are within that group of people that struggle in the summer heat. Consider them this summer. Those that live within your communities. Be that vessel of love, and compassion making a difference in the lives of others, the less fortunate, those on fixed incomes, the elderly among us.

Speak With God's Heart Of Compassion
Out of the mouth come forth blessings and curses. How true. Have you ever been the victim of angry hateful words? They have an affect. It is the same with words of encouragement, love, and blessings. Unlike words of anger and hatred, words of encouragement, love, and blessings are sweet to the soul, and encouraging to the ears and heart. This Is My Beloved Son
And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him: And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.Just imagine the love that Jesus experienced as he heard the loving words of His Father saying "this is my beloved Son".
Here is a awesome ministry called The Father Loves You. I highly recommend Pastor Ed's ministry, books and teachings.

Remember the story of Abraham in Genesis. Abraham was to sacrifice his son. Yet something interesting happened at the foot of the mountain where Abraham was to sacrifice his son. Abraham approached the lads and said watch the donkeys, the boy and I go yonder, worship and come unto you again. Then on the way up the mount, father we have this and we have that, but where is the lamb for the burnt offering. Abraham's reply:
Gen 22:8 And Abraham said, My son, God will provide himself a lamb for a burnt offering: so they went both of them together.
And God did. Jesus Christ on the cross of Calvary.

From The Bottom Of The Pit
On Saturday morning, my wife shared a dream that she had with me. The first two parts of the dream were of a personal nature, however the third and concluding part of the dream, was a beautiful picture of one of the most powerful gifts in God's Kingdom.
The dream was as follows: My wife dreamt that our pastor (symbolic) said that the Lord some years ago said to him; "from the bottom of the pit, to the top of the pit, is the way of love, which accompanied a song". Then my wife shared that the Lord spoke to her and said "why don't you spend a week with me?".
Wow, that is a awesome invitation, and even the symbolic meaning of a week, being seven days, is profound within scripture.
As I pondered this dream. I thought of the many ways that we as human beings, as even believers we can dig pits. Some that are shallow and some that are deep. Sometimes we dig them one shovel at a time and over the seasons they get deeper and deeper. Sometimes we jump face first into them, sometimes we fall into them and other times we keep re visiting them. Sometimes they are easy to climb out of and other times they become so deep, that we can early see the light at the top, as darkness surrounds us.
Through sins, walking in darkness, getting off course, being on that freeway called life and getting off at all the wrong exits, making the wrong decisions, bitterness, strife, contention, angers, un forgiveness, holding childhood grudges, that I forgive you, but! attitude, constant complaining, lack of knowledge and many other characteristic traits, we can dig deep pits that bring great sorrows and un happiness to us and those around us.
Other times our pits are dug through intense hatred, rebellion, and disobedience to God over a life time, as we have become so bitter that we become self destructive, prideful, through a hardened and rebellious heart.
Other times from past relationship issues, past marriages, and as the years and season pass, we can find life so miserable, that peace and joy seems far from us, that blessings seem to have escaped us, as we fall deeper and deeper into the pit of un forgiveness of wrongs and wounds. It doesn't matter how shallow or how deep the pit has become. It is a place of darkness, like a personal prison.
I performed a bible study on the word pit, and found the following: a hole in the ground (Exd 21:33,34), a cistern for water (Gen 37:24; Jer 14:3), a vault (41:9), a grave (Psa 30:3). It is used as a figure for mischief (Psa 9:15), and is the name given to the unseen place of woe (Rev 20:1,3). The slime-pits in the vale of Siddim were wells which yielded asphalt (Gen 14:10).
So what could a pit be symbolic of in the above. Can we view the hole in the ground, as even symbolic of being a hole in one's heart filled with offenses, a place of mischief, of woe, of bitterness and of unforgiveness. A place where a religious and critical spirit resides. Could the hole be even a place deep in our soul where un forgiveness, bitterness, a critical and judge mental spirit resides?
From the bottom of the pit, to the top of the pit, is the way of love. Love being the greatest of all gifts, love that covers a multitude of sins, love that is kind, compassionate, considerate of others, longsuffering and full of forgiveness.
Here is a powerful prayer.
That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, May be able to comprehend with all saints what [is] the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fullness of God.
For love is the greatest of all gifts, and a gift of God:
Love worketh no ill to his neighbor: therefore love [is] the fulfilling of the law. And that, knowing the time, that now [it is] high time to awake out of sleep: for now [is] our salvation nearer than when we believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the Armour of light. Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying. But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to [fulfil] the lusts [thereof]....
Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become [as] sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. And though I have [the gift of] prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.
And though I bestow all my goods to feed [the poor], and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing. Charity suffereth long, [and] is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things. Charity never faileth: but whether [there be] prophecies, they shall fail; whether [there be] tongues, they shall cease; whether [there be] knowledge, it shall vanish away. For we know in part, and we prophesy in part. But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away..
When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things. For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known. And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these [is] charity......
Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace shall be with you. Greet one another with an holy kiss. All the saints salute you. The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, [be] with you all. Amen.
Yes, truly love is the greatest of all gifts...

The River Of God
He smiles upon His called, His chosen, His elect. His heart of compassion is opened unto His precious and beloved bride. For the Bridegroom, the Beloved Husbandman, our King, is a God overflowing with love, compassion and gracious thoughts towards us.
There is a mighty river that flows, that is flowing, that flows, which comes from the heart of God. There is a mighty river, that flows, which is flowing, that touches our hearts and changes our live.
For the river of our God is good, and through and in Christ, we bask in His heavenly waters. Poured forth richly, even as deep cries out to deep.
Sometimes we stick our toes in to test the waters, and the Lord says; the river is good. Other times we go in ankle deep, and the Lord says; the river is good. Other times we go in waist deep and the Lord says; the river is good. Sometimes we hang onto a our safety bars, and the Lord says; the river is flowing. Come, come, come into the waters.
It's ok, we can let go of our safety bars, and trust Him, because the river is good, the river is flowing and the Lord is the river.
Drink deep beloved. Drink deep, the goodness of your God. Bask in His presence, in His love, in His compassion, and in His tender mercies.

Speaking Forth Blessings
Have you ever been the victim of angry hateful words? They have an affect. It is the same with words of encouragement, love, and blessings. Unlike words of anger and hatred, words of encouragement, love, and blessings are sweet to the soul, and encouraging to the ears and heart.
We speak words daily, sometimes hourly. They are like seeds sown that are heard and can fall into the hearts of others, grow and produce fruit. Therefore let our words be seeds of love, of compassion, and of encouragement.
That doesn't mean that occasionally prophetic words, words sown can't be hard, or exhorting one to greater things, and away from sin, trouble, and a path of destruction. The scriptures are full of such words, passages, and prophetic unctions. There are those times.
Yet our world, humanity, is full of words, seeds, that are full of hatred, bitterness, strife, contention, and murderous thought. Words that create more of the very seed and essence that they are of.
Let us walk in love, by the spirit, in Christ, and sow words of love, of compassion, of blessings, having mercy and of encouragement.

Hearing The Voice Of God
We know that God spoke to and through the prophets of old. We also know that God spoke to the apostles, and we find further proof of God speaking to John in the book of revelations.
But what of us, the yous and me's. Does God speak today? Are we listening, seeking to hear Him, seeking to find His voice? Here is a short scriptural study to consider.
1Ki 19:11 ¶ And he said, Go forth, and stand upon the mount before the LORD. And, behold, the LORD passed by, and a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and brake in pieces the rocks before the LORD; [but] the LORD [was] not in the wind: and after the wind an earthquake; [but] the LORD [was] not in the earthquake:
1Ki 19:12 And after the earthquake a fire; [but] the LORD [was] not in the fire: and after the fire a still small voice.
1Ki 19:13 And it was [so], when Elijah heard [it], that he wrapped his face in his mantle, and went out, and stood in the entering in of the cave. And, behold, [there came] a voice unto him, and said, What doest thou here, Elijah?

Bath Kol:bath’-kol, bath kol
(bath qol, "the daughter of the voice"): Originally signifying no more than "sound," "tone," "call" (e.g. water in pouring gives forth a "sound," bath qol, while oil does not), sometimes also "echo." The expression acquired among the rabbis a special use, signifying the Divine voice, audible to man and unaccompanied by a visible Divine manifestation. Thus conceived, bath qol is to be distinguished from God’s speaking to Moses and the prophets; for at Sinai the voice of God was part of a larger theophany, while for the prophets it was the resultant inward demonstration of the Divine will, by whatever means effected, given to them to declare (see VOICE). It is further to be distinguished from all natural sounds and voices, even where these were interpreted as conveying Divine instruction. The conception appears for the first time in Da 4:28 (English Versions 31)—it is in the Aramaic portion—where, however, qal = qol, "voice" stands without berath = bath, "daughter": "A voice fell from heaven." Josephus (Ant., XIII, x, 3) relates that John Hyrcanus (135- 104 BC) heard a voice while offering a burnt sacrifice in the temple, which Josephus expressly interprets as the voice of God (compare Babylonian SoTah 33a and Jerusalem SoTah 24b, where it is called bath qol). In the New Testament mention of "a voice from heaven" occurs in the following passages: Mt 3:17; Mr 1:11; Lu 3:22 (at the baptism of Jesus); Mt 17:5; Mr 9:7; Lu 9:35 (at His transfiguration); Joh 12:28 (shortly before His passion); Ac 9:4; 22:7; 26:14 (conversion of Paul), and Ac 10:13,15 (instruction of Peter concerning clean and unclean). In the period of the Tannaim (circa 100 BC- 200 AD) the term bath qol was in very frequent us and was understood to signify not the direct voice of God, which was held to be supersensible, but the echo of the voice (the bath being somewhat arbitrarily taken to express the distinction). The rabbis held that bath qol had been an occasional means of Divine communication throughout the whole history of Israel and that since the cessation of the prophetic gift it was the sole means of Divine revelation. It is noteworthy that the rabbinical conception of bath qol sprang up in the period of the decline of Old Testament prophecy and flourished in the period of extreme traditionalism. Where the gift of prophecy was clearly lacking—perhaps even because of this lack—there grew up an inordinate desire for special Divine manifestations. Often a voice from heaven was looked for to clear up matters of do ubt and even to decide between conflicting interpretations of the law. So strong had this tendency become that Rabbi Joshua (circa 100 AD) felt it to be necessary to oppose it and to insist upon the supremacy and the sufficiency of the written law. It is clear that we have here to do with a conception of the nature and means of Divine revelation that is distinctly inferior to the Biblical view. For even in the Biblical passages where mention is made of the voice from heaven, all that is really essential to the revelation is already present, at least in principle, without the audible voice.
Psa 95:7 For he [is] our God; and we [are] the people of his pasture, and the sheep of his hand. To day if ye will hear his voice,
Jhn 10:3 To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out.
Jhn 10:16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, [and] one shepherd.

Luk 14:35 It is neither fit for the land, nor yet for the dunghill; [but] men cast it out. He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.

13; 3:17-19), Babylon ( Isa 13:4; Jer 51:7; Isa 44:27; Jer 50:38; 51:36,39,57), the land of the Philistines ( Jer 47:4-7; Eze 25:15-17; Amo 1:6-8; Zep 2:4-7; Zec 9:5-8), and of the four great monarchies ( Dan 2:39,40; 7:17-24; 8:9). But the great body of Old Testament prophecy relates directly to the advent of the Messiah, beginning with ( Gen 3:15), the first great promise, and extending in ever-increasing fulness and clearness all through to the very close of the canon. The Messianic prophecies are too numerous to be quoted. "To him gave all the prophets witness." ( Mic 5:2; Hag 2:6-9; Isa 7:14; 9:6,7; 11:1,2; 53; 60:10,13; Psa 16:11; 68:18.) THE PROPHETIC MINISTRY BLOG
Our prayers and hopes are that as you read the posts on this site, that you will find a much deeper and intimate relationship with the Lord, that you will be encouraged, and that the gifts of the spirit will further be stirred in you life and ministry through and in Christ.
The writings on this site come after 15 years of growing and walking within the prophetic ministry. You might first notice that no name is mentioned of the author of this site other than administrator. The purpose of this, is simply that Jesus would receive all the honor, glory and praise, and that Jesus alone would be glorified.
This being the purpose of this site, that you as the reader would be directed to the Lord whom is the giver of the gifts, that you would be led of and by the Spirit which leads us into all truth, and that the Word of God would be the very foundation that you discern this site and the writings on this site through.
Having been involved in the prophetic ministry for at 15 years now, walking in the office of a prophet. I have many times seen those growing in the prophetic ministry seeking and chasing after prophets, the prophetically gifted, prophetic ministries and conferences rather than seeking the Lord in the depths of true intimacy and relationship.
One of the most important realities within the prophetic ministry is character and the development of character. Character takes on many shapes, many forms, and goes through many levels of maturity as love is perfected, as the fruits of the spirit manifest and come forth in both the life of a believer, the life of a prophet and those within the prophetic ministry.
It is the Holy Spirit that brings forth character coupled with seasons of in taking the Word of God. Therefore it is my hopes that within the writings of this prophetic blog that you will be blessed in great abundance as you seek wisdom, discerning all things according to scripture, and trusting the Holy Spirit to lead you into all truth. In Jesus name, Amen.
